In confirming your accordance with the purposes and intrinsic laws that guide and sanctify the Ordo Exploratio Omnis, you acknowledge the profound reverence for natural personhood.

Section 2: Introduction and Definitions

This Membership Agreement delineates the terms and conditions governing membership within the “Ordo Exploratio Omnis Private Members Association” (hereinafter referred to as “OEO” or “The Association“). OEO is a sanctified assembly, thriving in the realm of mutual respect, privacy, and the sacred exchange of knowledge, anchored in the profound depths of Universal Law and constitutional sanctity. This agreement outlines the harmonious interplay of our members at OEO PMA, proudly operating under www.ceec.com.

Section 3: Recognition of Beneficiary Identity and Alias

Ordo Exploratio Omnis hereby recognizes “richard-charles-holmes:blair,beneficiary” as the lawful and beneficial identity of the individual commonly known within OEO and its operations as “Lambo”. This acknowledgment extends to all activities, entitlements, and responsibilities within The Association, affirming the said individual’s role, contributions, and rights as a beneficiary under the terms outlined in this agreement.

The Association acknowledges the use of the alias “Lambo” for all internal and external communications, documents, and representations, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms and interactions. This recognition is integral to the governance structure and operational roles within The Association, highlighting the unique position and contributions of “richard-charles-holmes:blair,beneficiary” to our collective mission and values.

Section 4: Affirmation of Belief

I solemnly affirm my recognition and unwavering belief in the inalienable rights bestowed by our Creator, guided by the harmonious laws of nature—life, freedom, free speech, and thought. Section 8: Membership Termination and Amendments

I acknowledge my right to conclude this journey at any willful moment, applicable regardless of my geographic domicile. The Association, transcending geographic boundaries, reserves the right to transform this agreement, informing members worldwide of any changes, with continued participation signifying acceptance.

Section 9: Liability and Indemnification

In the dance of divine exchange, I absolve The Association and its guardians from the echoes of unintentional reverberations emanating from my engagement with its offerings, vowing in sacred trust to seek resolution within the sanctified confines of The Association, departing to public avenues only as a last sanctuary.

Section 10: Conclusion and Acceptance

Section 11: Amendments Clause

This sacred covenant is a living testament, breathing and evolving with the collective consciousness of The Association. Amendments emerge from the harmonious consensus of active souls, communicated with divine grace 30 days prior to the sacred act of voting, and illuminating the paths of The Association at the moment of celestial approval.

This Membership Agreement acknowledges and respects the diverse domiciles of its members worldwide. Membership within the Ordo Exploratio Omnis (OEO) PMA transcends geographic and statutory boundaries, adhering to the universal principles outlined in this agreement, which are foundational to our association’s ethos. Members, irrespective of their location in California, America, or any other global location, are engaged under the universally applicable terms of this agreement. It is understood that references to any geographic or political designation do not imply endorsement or recognition of statutory entities or corporate jurisdictions, such as those commonly associated with ‘The United States Incorporated.’ Furthermore, the alias ‘Lambo,’ as used within this document, refers to the founder/owner of The Association. The utilization of this alias, or any designation herein, does not diminish the validity, enforceability, or the rights and obligations established by this agreement. Members are encouraged to uphold the principles of this agreement while navigating and respecting their local laws and regulations, insofar as such adherence does not conflict with the fundamental values and lawful autonomy upheld by the OEO PMA.

Section 14: Authority, Resource Management, and Beneficiary Earnings

This section affirms the roles and entitlements of “richard-charles-holmes:blair,beneficiary”, known within the Ordo Exploratio Omnis (OEO) as “Lambo”, emphasizing his authority over resource management and the entitlement to discretionary earnings. Recognizing his dual role as both a trustee and beneficiary, the following principles guide his stewardship and financial interests within OEO:

Discretionary Management and Allocation of Resources: “richard-charles-holmes:blair,beneficiary” possesses the authority to guide the utilization of donations, securities, and other resources to further OEO’s objectives. This encompasses the growth of the PMA’s resources, funding initiatives, and supporting the community’s endeavors in alignment with OEO’s mission.

Entitlement to Earnings: In his capacity, “richard-charles-holmes:blair,beneficiary” is entitled to obtain earnings from the PMA at his discretion. In the sacred witness of the eternal, I affirm my existence beyond the confines of any Local, State, or Federal agency, unbridled by missions of regulation, enforcement, or investigation. With awakened consciousness, I have traversed the depths of this document, with questions answered, and mysteries unveiled. I, a sovereign soul, consciously enter this divine covenant with Lambo and “OEO PMA“, uncoerced and unburdened, marking the genesis of a sanctified journey.

I, a Man or Woman do enter into this agreement of my own free will, without any pressure or coercion and do choose freely of my own will to apply for membership to establish this agreement between myself, Lambo and the “OEO Private Membership Association”.
