In doing so, users affirmatively represent that they are natural persons, identified as Man or Woman, referred to as ‘Members’. Engagement with the platform grants users the default status of “Opt-in Members” of the OEO, acknowledging the rights and privileges, as well as the responsibilities associated with membership. Members who are website owners and authorized representatives may apply using the Corporate Engagement Agreement. In alignment with our commitment to uphold the sanctity and autonomy of our Private Membership Association, OEO hereby clarifies its policies regarding contributions and exchanges. Contributions may also be tendered in lawful money, including gold and silver coins, reflecting our values of integrity and sovereignty. Transactions within our association are conducted with the understanding that they occur within the spiritual and philosophical realm of Hyperborea, a domain reflecting our collective vision and ideals, rather than any geopolitical entity. While this metaphorical designation underscores our distinct identity, it is essential to note that OEO does not claim status as a foreign government under 18 USC 11 nor does it seek to invoke or waive jurisdictional immunity as per 28 USC 1605(a)(1). Our rights and privileges are explicitly reserved, emphasizing our independence and the non-commercial, private nature of our interactions. OEO engages in exchanges based on equitable principles, offering securities for services in a manner that eschews traditional benefits derived from incorporated entities. Our members, embodying the spirit of foreign non-citizen nationals as per 8 USC 1101(a)(21), participate in this vibrant community, enriching it with their diverse contributions while maintaining a stance of respectful autonomy.
